Chakra balancing - the key to your health
Chakras are not anatomical organs which can be seen or touched. Chakras or the “wheels” or circles are the energy centers in our bodies. They absorb and distribute life energy and control one's energy flow. Most literature discusses the seven main chakras (root, sacral, solar, heart, throat, third eye, crown) but there are hundreds located all over our bodies. Any acupressure point is in fact a chakra - an energy point.
If a chakra is not active and function well, the flow of energy between chakras is affected, causing problems for our body, mind and spirit.
Chakras’ imbalances are known as energy blocks. When an imbalance is created, the energy flows less in the chakras or out of the chakras. According to yogis, someone's illness manifests in the chakras before the physical body and one cannot be healed unless his chakra system is balanced.
Energy blockages are the main culprits for mental, physical, emotional problems.
Energy blocks:
-blocking unpleasant experiences from the past, childhood, even past lives
-unreleased emotions: anger, fear, negative thoughts, guilt, from the past childhood, past lives
- lack of love and encouragement from parents
-ignoring needs of the body
-no humor, taking oneself too seriously
-egotistical or weak ego, etc
-implanted and/or corded chakras
When someone blocks an experience, he/she will block a chakra or more and the chakra(s) will become torn, blocked, spinning wrongly or irregularly, clogged or become distorted.
For example someone who didn’t received nurturing love as a child, blocked his/her heart chakra because of pain and rejection from parents. Having heart chakra blocked she/he will be unable to give and receive love, and later in life will probably develop heart and/or circulatory problems.
Someone I worked on has heart chakra around 80% blocked due to sadness of loosing her child. This woman developed heart problems. When her chakra started to spin correctly again she started the recovery process.
I worked on someone who had his heart chakra more than half blocked. His parents divorced when he was a child and because he couldn’t cope with the pain, he closed down his heart chakra which lead to a visible deformity in his chest wall.
Many blockages come from childhood and during the teenage years. If you were happy as a child and teenager then most probably your chakras were and are still balanced and function well.
The upper chakras (throat, third eye, crown) are closed in the first years of childhood as a reaction to vaccination, as well as disbelief in the parents or society.
During the teenage years the pain caused by parents by “not understanding their children” could cause blockages in the solar and heart chakras.
Then there will be only two opened chakras left: sacral and root, which they will tend to overcompensate for the rest of the chakras, throwing the whole body and chakras of balance.
Upper chakras are related to divine/spiritual realms, while lower chakras are related to the world, soil, ground, daily life.
Some people will function mostly from their lower chakras (root, sacral, solar), these are usually heavy meat eaters. Having these chakras too open (out of balance) they will neglect the importance of spiritual life and they will be preoccupied with material world, ego, physical desires, having excessive or uncontrolled sexual energy.
Creative, spiritual, artistic people function mainly from the upper chakras (heart, throat, third eye, crown). Usually these people are vegetarians. If these chakras are too open (out of balance) they will neglect the physical life, unable to function the daily life, feeling spacy, depressed, sometimes drained or weak.
A woman once told me: “I don’t want my sacral chakra unblocked” because I am serving God. The sacral chakra is also related to creativity not only sex. Blocked sacral means blocked creativity, the energy will not flow freely along the spine and will have an impact on the other chakras and health.
The key to your health is a balanced chakra system!
A healthy body, mind and spirit, mean healthy, vitalized, developed, harmonious and balanced chakras, calming over the overdeveloped ones and opening the weak ones.
Ways to balance and heal your chakras clearing energy blockages or imbalances
Spiritual, psychic, energy healing
Chakra meditation
Intuitive, spiritual counseling
Laying on gemstone
Laying on orgone chakra balancers
Past life regression
Prayer and boosting
Visualization
Music
Color healing
Yoga
Dowsing
Exercise and healthy (balanced) diet
A very simple exercise to balance your own chakra
-relax and breath deeply and gently
-visualize a color you feel its appropriate this time for this exercise (light violet is a good choice)
-visualize breathing in this color, allowing to pass thru crown chakra and straight down thru each chakra (third eye, throat, heart, solar, sacral, root).
-do this slowly and gently and when you feel resistance (blockage), pause and “let go” any tension, visualizing that the color is washing out this blockage.
-if you see anything on your internal screen or feel/get anything, that is probably a clue which tells you what you need to work on more or let go
Stay healthy,

Opening the Chakras
great article: http://www.yoga.net.au/chakra_meditation
Chakra meditations that use mudras and sounds to open chakras.
These chakra meditations use mudras, which are special hand positions, to open chakras. The mudras have the power to send more energy to particular chakras. To enhance the effect, sounds are chanted.
These sounds are from Sanskrit letters. When chanted, they cause a resonation in your body that you can feel at the chakra they are meant for.
For pronounciation, keep in mind that:
the "A" is pronounced as in "ah,"
the "M" is pronounced as "mng."
Do a meditation for 7 - 10 breaths. Chant the sound several times each breath (for example three times).
Open the Root Chakra
Let the tips of your thumb and index finger touch.
Concentrate on the Root chakra at the spot in between the genitals and the anus.
Chant the sound LAM.
Open the Sacral Chakra
Put your hands in your lap, palms up, on top of each other. Left hand underneath, its palm touching the back of the fingers of the right hand. The tips of the thumbs touch gently.
Concentrate on the Sacral chakra at the sacral bone (on the lower back).
Chant the sound VAM.
Open the Navel Chakra
Put your hands before your stomach, slightly below your solar plexus. Let the fingers join at the tops, all pointing away from you. Cross the thumbs. It is important to straighten the fingers.
Concentrate on the Navel chakra located on the spine, a bit above the level of the navel.
Chant the sound RAM.
Open the Heart Chakra
Sit cross-legged. Let the tips of your index finger and thumb touch. Put your left hand on your left knee and your right hand in front of the lower part of your breast bone (so a bit above the solar plexus).
Concentrate on the Heart chakra at the spine, level with the heart.
Chant the sound YAM (as this mudra is particularly powerful, this may not be needed).
Open the Throat Chakra
Cross your fingers on the inside of your hands, without the thumbs. Let the thumbs touch at the tops, and pull them slightly up.
Concentrate on the Throat chakra at the base of the throat.
Chant the sound HAM.
Open the Third Eye Chakra
Put your hands before the lower part of your breast. The middle fingers are straight and touch at the tops, pointing forward. The other fingers are bended and touch at the upper two phalanges. The thumbs point towards you and touch at the tops.
Concentrate on the Third Eye chakra slightly above the point between the eyebrows.
Chant the sound OM or AUM.
Open the Crown Chakra
Put your hands before your stomach. Let the ring fingers point up, touching at their tops. Cross the rest of your fingers, with the left thumb underneath the right.
Concentrate on the Crown chakra at the top of your head.
Chant the sound NG. |
