There is a WEB of cluttered thinking of collective conscious.

We become more and more sensitive and empathic everyday.
That means we pick up others thoughts, vibrations, feelings and emotions. 

We are ONE --- a lot of us believe in the power of Oneness and it feels RIGHT.

But at the same time we all have individual paths that we have to follow. 

Before focusing on the ONE we need to focus on ourselves first and be responsible for our own individual energy so we can bring beauty and healing into the ONENESS.

1. Where is your time being spent?

Be brutally honest with yourself here.
Technology is taking over slowly: if it's not TV, it's facebook, if not facebook is twitter,
if not twitter it's the text messaging and so on...
I love technology but it has to be used for growth and not destroying our immune system.
Enforce BALANCE when it comes to technology.


Take time NOW and observe where your time is going to.
This time spent plugged into the matrix of technology can be easily spent on doing something
to move forward with your projects.


"Learn to RESPECT TIME" - This is super IMPORTANT!


This message is one of the most powerful messages ever in regards to time management.



2. What can I do to clear my cluttered thoughts?

Technology will definitely not help here.
Take time to meditate.
Be in the nature where you recharge your batteries.
Your immune system can only deal with so much technology.
Nature will heal you fast.
Grounding heals.


During this moon transmission I was given a meditation on how to work with Moon Rays

Full Moon Meditation to Unclutter Thoughts...


Once a month during the full moon, go out and spend time outdoors meditating under the moon.

~ Set a powerful intention (sankalpa) that Moon rays will clear your overthinking cluttered mind.

~ Consciously connect with the Moon and ask the moon to lend you some energy to make peace in your mind.

~ Bring that energy over your crown chakra (top of head) and wash your crown chakra clean.

~ Then consciously bring the Moon energy to your third eye (brow) and let the moon washes the energy of third eye clean.
This will help bring clarity to your thoughts.

~ Next step ask Moon to wash any fears in your thinking mind and remove any masks that you might wear in different occasions.
Masks are created by fears. Once masks are acknowledged and removed, it is easier to deal with fears.

~Then ask the Moon to help you wash your entire Spirit clean.


When you finish with the above meditate on two things:

1. Clarity

2. Grounding


Clarity is key.
Clarity is the answer for any issues in life whether business, finances, relationships, health, romance.
Clarity of thoughts comes from being grounded.
Without being grounded and centered we will be over the place.


This is a masculine trait that a lot of women need to strengthen and work on.
Feminine energy is beautiful and powerful but without masculine energy, feminine will never be powerful.
That's why balance is very important.




Personally I noticed a big improvement in my life since I started to work with moon cycles and since started the grounding process.
This is what helped me personally:
Yoga, hiking, barefoot walks, grounding meditations and wearing my feet chakra balancers almost every night.
