How to Remember Dreams






Everyone dreams.

Some people don't remember their dreams.
Others don’t pay attention to their dreams.

Paying attention to dreams is very interesting as they contain significant information for us and provides insight about future.

Third Eye Chakra has to be opened and activated for the dreams to be more vivid and more prophetic.

When that happens intuition and psychic awareness are heightened.

Also crown chakra needs activation work in order to receive spiritual informations and downloads.

Some people are afraid of dreaming as they had bad nightmares in the past.

To avoid bad dreams choose a different energy before you go to sleep (prayer, gratitude) as well as putting a filter over your crown chakra to allow only beauty in your dreams.

It works for me really well. Try it and let me know how it works for you.

 






 

Don’t remember your dreams?

Here are few tips: how to remember dreams.


* Get plenty of rest.
Dream recalling involves a good night sleep as the period of sleep gets longer.

* A relaxing bath (epsom salt with essential oils) before you go to bed
will help to get you relaxed and sleep well.

*Keep a journal next to your bed and record every dream in detail.
If necessary wake up in the middle of the night
and write down every information you receive about your dream.

*Just before falling asleep when you feel drowsy and very relaxed,
ask or tell yourself to remember you dream when you’ll wake up.

* Sudden movements first thing you wake up, will chase your dream away.
Wake up naturally, if possible without an alarm clock.

*Avoid any movements and conversations.
Best thing to do is to lie down quietly for a few moments
and let your mind process the information you receive .
Review the dream with your eyes closed.

* Meditate.

* Cover you windows.
Seeing the morning light when you wake up will make you forget dreams.

* Make sure you write down your dreams as soon as you wake up.
