Toe tapping-relieves headaches, improves circulation

Toe tapping is a great yoga exercise to relieve headaches and migraines, improves brain function,
improves circulation, calms the heart, calms the spirit, activates meridians (spleen meridian).
Sit or lie down on the floor, extend your legs, heels touching together, feet flexed. If you lay down, place your hands over your abdominal area..
Start tapping your big toes quickly, keeping heels together.
It is easier if you sit up. If the exercise is performed laying down, you?ll work out the inner thighs.
Do this exercise for at least a hundred times, increasing the number with practice.
After you stop exercising you should feel the energy as warm and/or tingling in your feet. I personally feel how the energy travels up my legs (along my spleen meridian).
