Scuba Diving the magical and mystic Kulkulcan and Chac Mool
cenotes
We
had to ride through the jungle to get to these enigmatic Kulkulcan
and Chac Mool cenotes.
Kulkulcan is a combination of k'ul (sacred vibrations) and can
(sacred teaching) where Chac is the ancient
Mayan god of water
and the underworld.
“The
Maya believed in the curative properties of cenotes.
They discovered
that thanks to the sulfur, silica, quartz and other minerals in
the water,
cenotes are true fountains of health and eternal youth.”
When we descended into the cave and saw that surreal sun light
piercing the cave’s ceilings,
giving the scene a magical
feeling.
I felt like entering to another time and space dimension.
The
diving was spectacular: fresh water with perfect visibility -
you feel like you are floating in space, huge stalagmites and
stalagmites -
true natural works of art, and magnificent beams
of sun light piercing from the ceiling.
It was absolutely surreal, with no words to describe nature’s
gifts.
Halocline is what we have experienced on both dives, a phenomena
when both salt and fresh water meet,
forming a “oily”
layer where the visibility is completely diminished, everything
appearing fuzzy.
I don’t know if it was the halocline creating
a mirage effect or just psychic energy that caused me
to get really
dizzy on both dives. Apparently other psychic/sensitive people experienced dizziness while diving cenotes.
What
I have felt and got was both Cenotes were loaded with heavy psychic
and etheric energy.
The dimensions here are so interlaced that
if you are sensitive you can feel it or even see the two dimensions
morphing.
During both dives I felt like I was between the worlds,
ready to enter another world.
I
couldn’t understand why every time I focused on this
cenote or even watch our video recordings
I would get dizzy.
So I meditated to see what was causing this.
Visions of Mayan spirits - a woman with her two sons, trapped
into this dimension came into my meditation.
When I came back
home, I was allowed to free their spirits and in returned I got
gifted with more third eye opening.
On my second dive at Chac Mool, I saw
a big spiraled shell engraved in the hard bottom rock
which has
a great significance for me: “perceive time as a spiral“
and “spiritual growth”.
The whole time spent at the cenotes I felt like the “reality”
is an illusion.
We create our reality.
For whatever reason, the masses embrace
the linear time, creating a very limited reality.
We live in a
male (linear) oriented society and the female energy (spiral,
circular) is needed
to create balance and harmony.
Here at the
cenotes the concept of “time as a spiral” and the
idea of trying to merge the past
(ancient time) with future time
to meet in the “present” became stronger and deeper
for me.
I
came home from this trip with a great understanding, deepening
my love for our dear mother: Earth.
