Mind wandering?
Meditation is one of the most powerful tools to develop psychic abilities.
However it can be a real challenging task.
How many of you tried to meditate but thoughts came to your mind one after another?
ThE inner chatter that can be overwhelming and create anxiety?
Along the years I have watched my mind during meditation and taught people to watch theirs.
It is very simple. Become and observer of your mind.
Don't make any judgments, don't resist thoughts, JUST WATCH.
A good visual as most of us are visual, is to see yourself outside your body looking at your mind. Just watch it, see what happens.
It automatically shifts the perception, strongly increasing inner silence, reducing inner chatter, bringing more awareness in you.
An effective mantra to use when I do healing work or teach yoga/relaxation is:
“nowhere to go, nothing to do, just “BE“. |
