Flow Vinyasa Yoga - all levels

 
 


This class will suit beginners as well as the most experienced yogi.

Vinyasa/Flow -“breath-synchronized movement”, is an invigorating blend of power and grace with a focus on alignment, breath and intention. It involves meditation - the practice itself can be considered as a “moving meditation”, intense cardio, strength and endurance exercises, core work, a handful of asanas (postures) to increase flexibility.

Flow/vinyasa yoga promotes overall mental health, lowering stress, developing internal awareness, increased focus and concentration, and better sleep.

A creative, dynamic class which will leave you exhilarated.


Come to practice on an empty stomach, drink more water instead. Try not to eat any heavy meals 2 - 3 hours before practicing, and arrive well hydrated! Please note that if you're very hungry closer to class starting please feel free to eat something light like half banana - because coming to class when you're starving isn't always the best idea. Bring a towel, a mat (mat can also be provided) and your great spirit!  A sense of adventure and beauty!
