Smoothie for Chakras Recipe
2 servings ( you can substitute with other foods that are seasonal or resonate with you)
Ingredients:
* 1 slice of red bell pepper, 2-4 slices of red apple (root chakra)
* 2-4 slices of diced mango, coconut water and coconut meat (sacral chakra)
* 1 banana and 2 slices of pineapple (solar Plexus chakra)
* Big handful of spinach or other green leafy vegetable, half zucchini, a big leaf of green cabbage (heart chakra)
* 2 slices of lime (throat chakra)
* 4-8 blueberries
* Red grapes about half cup (crown chakra)

Directions
Place everything into a blender. Cover and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve. Hold the smoothie in your mouth for a few seconds to a minute while visualizing entire energy transferring into your energy centers.
